These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SmartRelief web application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

You must be at least 16 years old to use SmartRelief. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Medical disclaimer

SmartRelief is a general wellness and educational platform. The content, programs, and guidance provided are for informational purposes only and are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have an existing medical condition or have recently had surgery or an injury.
• Stop any exercise that causes sharp pain, dizziness, or discomfort and seek medical attention if needed.
• SmartRelief is not responsible for any injury or health outcome resulting from use of the Service.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@smartrelief.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use SmartRelief for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Reproduce, distribute, or resell any SmartRelief content without written permission
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from SmartRelief

6. Intellectual property

All content on SmartRelief — including exercise programs, educational materials, text, design, and software — is owned by SmartRelief or its licensors and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute this content without prior written consent.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Some features of SmartRelief may require a paid subscription. Pricing is shown in USD. Subscription details, billing frequency, and cancellation terms are disclosed at the time of purchase inside the app. Refunds are handled case by case — contact us at hello@smartrelief.app.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartRelief shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to SmartRelief in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through app settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of SmartRelief after changes constitutes acceptance.
