How do I reset my password?

Open the SmartRelief app, tap "Forgot password" on the login screen, and follow the instructions sent to your email.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account settings inside the app. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Email us if you need help.

My program doesn't feel right. What should I do?

You can switch conditions or restart your program from the app settings at any time. If something feels physically wrong, stop and consult a healthcare provider.

Can I use SmartRelief after surgery?

SmartRelief is a general wellness platform, not a post-surgical rehab tool. Please consult your surgeon or physiotherapist before starting any guided exercise program after surgery.

Is SmartRelief available worldwide?

Yes — SmartRelief is accessible globally. The app is available in English and pricing is shown in USD.
